How to find jobs that genuinely require no experience

Job boards filter on the title. The requirement that decides whether you are eligible lives in the body of the description, which is why searching "entry level" returns so many roles you cannot apply for.

Search the requirement, not the label

Read the qualifications before you write anything

Before spending time on a cover letter, find the minimum qualifications and look for a number of years. If one is there, move on. This is unglamorous and it is the single highest-leverage habit in a graduate job hunt.

Apply to fewer, better-matched roles

Fifty applications to roles that quietly required experience will do less than ten applications to roles that genuinely did not. The constraint on a graduate job hunt is not effort, it is aim.
